Hi All,

Considering this is my first post of 2013....happy new year to you all! Hope you had a great Christmas and new year and are going to experience many happy hours on your bikes this coming year.

This may seem like a strange post. I have always been a KTM man, but after many hours of pondering, and 3 test rides, as well as hiring one for the weekend, I have decided to buy a 1200 GSA sometime in the very near future...it's most likely going to be new, or very low mileage demo. I would like to know from all you guys and girls with Beamer experience, what extra's are a must when buying the bike from the dealer?(ie bmw specific extra's....)it will be full spec....I'm not to sure if bmw is the same as KTM, but quiet often the 'mandatory(in my mind)' extras such as crash bar etc etc are quiet often better from an aftermarket specialist(like sw motech, touratech or wild @ heart) in terms of quality and cost effectiveness. In simpler words, what extra's would you not ride the bike out the show room with out???

Please do NOT take this as a thread in which I am running down bmw made parts, I'm not! I just don't want to be talked into something by a smooth salesman that I don't need, or will replace in the future...

Thanks for the help
