Guys just a question can you use the 690 with the smaller omega kit on, on the open road to do 1500 km a weekend on 140-160 km/h every second month. The rest we know it can do but the tar part? Can the motor do it? We know its a thumper and its not completable but the rest. Thanks

I would'nt hold it at 160 for too long but I am pretty sure it will do 140 all day long especially if you go one bigger on the front sprocket

140km/h is fast enough, going faster than that and you can end up in jail or in the hospital  :ricky:

DONE 39 000 KM , ENGINE STILL SWEET, PULLS LIKE A PACK HORSE THROUGH ALL THE GEARS, WILL ALWAYS PUT A SMILE ON YOUR FACE.
After the last service i did i had hassels, she wouldnt idle for lon , did everything and besides finding the spark plug half out. She needed a v regulator and new fuel filters in the tank.
Now battling to keep the front wheel down.
Best all rounder built.

I love my 690

That is not a standard 690 it is a 690 Ralley replica, you can't really compare the two.

Did Wings on my '13 690.
Good price and performance and sound is great / loud without being too loud.

Thank you what about the fmf factory 4.1 its a louder pipe than the quad core fmf. Fmf also cheaper than wings. But must say i heard the wings is just in its own class round of nicely.
