You don't want to take the whole wheel?

Here's the disc. Looks like an aftermarket one as is different to the one on my DR200. Maybe 0.5mm wear (eyeballed)

I've got DR200SE leftover as follows:

2x clutch lever 57620-15D11 clutch lever n.p. R100ea.
1x 58200-44AB1 clutch cable n.p. R200
1x 58300-44AA0 throttle cable n.p. R160
2x 59346-13A00 lock washer n.p. R26 (needed for front brake pad replacement)
1 set wheel bearings Jap. generics (NSK) n.p. R200

Everything brand new. The individual prices of the Suzuki parts are 2007 US$ prices. It will probably be around twice as expensive if you buy locally and today.

Everything for sale ONLY as a lot for R 500 plus postage if required. parts fit all "late" Djebel 200 and DR200SE from 1996 onwards.

Goose, any update on how to get the kick starter shaft out?

:-[ :-[  all I have been able to find is this parts diagram below. Seems item # 14 is a circlip that might be the thing holding the shaft in place..... but that might well be on the opposite side of the engine...?

Does this help at all........?

The two attached pics seem to show that the shaft/gear assembly comes out as one item...?

Goose, the engine definitely needs to be split to get that shaft out, but there are too many stripped bolts to split it easily, so its too much of a mission to get it out without taking a grinder and cutting a hole in the case. Do you still want the carb? Can I post you the whole engine? Any other ideas?

Yep - want the carb & kickstarter.......... please?

What will the weight of the engine be..........?  Cost - would probably be horrendous..........     where in the world are you - maybe I can skollie a lift for the thing - or maybe someone else could try get it out...?

Where's our friend LouisXander, isn't he quite handy with a spanner? Maybe I can give the engine to him and he can get it out?

The front wheel, hub rim and spokes seem fine . The back wheel is fucked. I'll throw that in for free!. Make me an offer.... The front disk is going to DJ I think?

Its probably easier just to take a grinder and cut it out.

Do you want me to post the oil cooler rather? Its less that a Kg. should only cost about R50 for postage?
