Wow that was quick!

Well here is the official FIM Cross-country Rally World Championship calendar for the rallies to follow in the lead up to the Dakar.

http://www.fim-live.com/en/sport/cross-country-rallies/events/

Great to see Deasafio Ruta 40 on for the 1st time and Sertoes back after a 2 year absence.

Naturally there are still a number of non WC events that are worth following like the Sealine Qatar Rally, Rally Maroc, Amageza  :deal: and the Australian Safari.

Well here is the official FIM Cross-country Rally World Championship calendar for the rallies to follow in the lead up to the Dakar.

I see the dates for the Qatar Sealine Rally on the FIM site differs from the dates on the QMMF site.......

The QMMF Site is most probably wrong...............again   ::) ::)

Thanks bud!  Honestly now, I think it must be hard work but great experience to be on a team like that. Even if one goes along just to wash the cars after each day's stage..

I spent the whole day today with Nasser Al Attiyah, driving, fishing, braaing and talking a lot of general kak!! What a great guy. He gave me some dune driving tips, and I followed him in my Jeep Wrangler through some lekker dunes. He drives a Landcruiser of course....  :ricky:

Saw him take a spin in some guy's home built buggy, man he was flying, literally, he jumped that thing like a MX bike!!

Guess what he does as part of his fitness training...... He rides Enduro bikes, he has 5 KTM's on his farm in the north of Qatar.

I can tell you one thing, there is gonna be BIG news coming from him and his team for 2014 Dakar....... I know already....  :lol8:

So per Rynet's posting of the interview with Barreda in the 2013 thread, it seems the 2014 may Start in BA, and go up into Bolivia before Peru. That is sooo awesome, it means it will go right past our mine and the riding in Southern Bolivia is super stunning.
