I don't know anything more than this, also curious WhiteRhino.
This is non bikers looking for a specific bike, first time i think this is happening in Joburg.

What are they doing wrong? I don't see it. If the rider has a full license and the scooter is 125cc and above, then he can lift a passanger.
If you do not STAND for something, you will FALL for anything!

Remember, they only need 30% to PASS. Or has it dropped to 25% this week.   :imaposer:
