Was vandag show toe, nie te sleg nie.  :thumleft:

Hentie en Theunis nog net so stout soos altyd.  :)

Terloops as iemand n CTec charger wil koop moet julle dit by Outdoor Warehse (in die ballroom) koop, van almal daar is hulle die goedkoopste. R 100 goedkoper as die Full Throttle stand.  :thumleft:

Hi Edd, am keen to know what price Cape Union Mart has on CTEK; I have both models on the Flying Brick stand: R695 for the XS 08, and R1050 for the XS3.6, these are 2012 prices, I have not passed on Jan 03rd price increase!
Thanks for the heads-up, will try and visit both dealers and check pricing.

Will it be worthwhile to arrive there at, say, 11am today, or will most of the stalls be closed?

It will be worth it, these shows normally die down by 12, but the stalls stay open to late afternoon.
If you can keep your head in the midst of all this confusion, you don't understand the situation!

Just be prepared to walk.....the bikes are right on the other side of the venue, you have to walk your ass off through all the 4X4 and camping stuff to get there....I'm not sure if they will let you in on the side entrance.....

Mmmmmm.
1. Go to bike show and give some Hentie a bit of ETS endorsed lip
2. Get on bike and moer into the boendoes
3. Stay at home, drink copious amounts of beer whilst recklessly operating a lawnmower tractor

Decisions, decisions........

Went to the ATB show.

Saw a lot of lekker places to go to in the Beeld Holiday show. The missus got LOTS of pamphlets  :patch:

The ATB show was very lekker; met Chris from Flying Brick and ordered a set of those bum saver seat jobbies, and met the famous Hentie at the WOA stand. Well, after I got him to stop ogling the missus he gave me a fantastic "show special" discount on a Leatt brace for the wife. And I just have a feeling that despite his "rough and tough" exterior he has a good heart. Great to meet you boet, and when we are in the Kuip in May I will look you up for that dop you promised  :thumleft:

Well done to all the exibitors, a lot of effort by all of you, and a quality bike show  :drif:
