Was a surfer... and paddleski rider, and body boarder, and rubber duck racer, and yachtie... and swimmer...
Dun the diving, water and sky, flew microlights, dun the kayak thing, even got the eskimo roll sussed...
Dun the horsie thing, dun the 4x4 thing...

dun the ice climbing thing, only one weekend, would love to do more...

What still to do... would love to train dogs to harness... you know I love those ice and dog pics...
Kite surfing, that is on the list still.
Wanna ride the Spice Road... and Mongolia calls! That road of bones...
few more things...
They call me Judy or Judes...

My Dad helped me write up my first Bucket List when I was 8!
He was an awesome guy... encouraged me to get out there and DO!

My problem is I cannot just touch on something and move on....I get intensely engrossed in it. Skydiving was the only exception...for reasons of time and money I had to walk away from it and it was HARD to accept.

I am SO SO stoked to have re-discovered surfing though....OMW it's so good!

You wanna do the mushing thing...? You need a menagerie of Siberians and THAT is a handfull!

I really need to start putting my bucket list on paper.

I think the next one will be diving with a great white, cage optional.

You have to do it... I have dived with almost all of them... From the Whale Sharks to Hammerheads and Raggies and Whites... I was lucky though, just happened for me. :)

Seabee, you live close to the water, closest here is Valley of Waves at Sin City... I DON'T think so! ::)
I know about the dog thing, but who knows, one day, when a little more geriatric, maybe I'll need a team to trundle me around the farm... :)

If you write it down, caress the dream, stare at it and love it, it somehow always happens! WRITE it down!

Amen. At 51 I started ( and stopped  :'( :'( :'( ) skydiving....not static line or tandem either :deal:)
At 52 I re-discovered surfing. At 48 I re-discovered motorbikes. ( shit...if only I could stop crashing )

Make like a famous takkie...just do it.

Sometimes Essbee and I are not oldest guys in the water. There are 60 year olds tearing up the waves. The kids are at home on x Box. Sad but more waves for us.

I bought my first MX bike at 50. Started karate again this year at 51 (oldest in the class)......keeps me young  :thumleft:

Fark AGE - at 47 years of age I have just started living  ;D I might do things a little slower and get out the bed in the morning with one or two stiff joints but I still know that there are many many kids half my age that will not keep up.  >:D
