Look at their blog....living a dream for sure...they left Swakopmund almost a year ago....no plans...no set route...no time agenda....just the two of them in that beautiful truck!

You want me to go there are feel so very sad that I'm not there... :(

I envy these people, although they do help drive other people's dreams... :)

Damn Malibu

The pic of the cliff diver is amazing.
Must be at least 25meters.

Highest I've done is 17meters.
I'm itching to do a gainer (running forward and jump into a backflip) off a 12m cliff on a friends farm. ;D

I regularly jumped from the top of yacht masts into water... get it wrong and you have skin-sting for ages...

25 m just somehow seems so much higher... ::)

(ok, I'm chicken)  :)

" skin-sting"....I screwed up jumping off the North Beach Pier one day...did a front loop and landed chest first on the water....my chest was bruised!!!! AND...I had a wetsuit on!  :o

So....25m above the water...fok dit...rather you than me.

This is why I have not yet tried the gainer off the 12m jump.
I have done a head first dive off the 17m jump. Now that gets the juices flowing. :thumleft:
If you screw it up then you are in deep shit.

Its a 5km walk back to the car and another 30mins drive to the nearest tar road.

PS. I think the reason I don't have a problem jumping off high things is because I'm use to the height and I technically don't fall as far as other people. >:D :laughing4:

I have done tubing in Magoebaskloof.  Jumps ranging from 3 - 15m while going down the stream with a tube.
There is a 25m jump as well.  BUT still not sure about that one.

Where were you when I got married? You make we want to get divorced and remarried, just to get new wedding photos.

You are an artist.  :notworthy:

I did that shoot at 15h00.  It was a super HOT day.  We nearly died of cold with that water in the shade the whole day.
BUT what an awesome experience with the couple it was.
I like to TRASH the DRESS
