Another nice sunny day but with a strong wind. The temperature fluctuates between 0 and +1 degrees but the wind makes the perceived temperature by several degrees below zero, and it feels! At 9:30 appointment with my friend Jerry and departure to our first destination, the church in Dalby. On the road the Skabersjö spring, a windmill built in 1838 and was once property of the castle. E 'was used until 1953, and then fell into disuse until 1989 when he was made a major restoration that has led to its original splendor. Shortly after we arrive at the beautiful and ancient church in Dalby. And 'considered one of the oldest stone churches in Scandinavia. The church was founded in 1060ed with his monastery was a bishopric in the year 1000 and played an important role throughout the Middle Ages. The Danish king Harald Hein, who died April 17, 1080 is buried in this church. We leave and along the long dirt tracks across a fantastic landscape, between mills and forests come to Skarhults, which houses the church built in 1100 in Romanesque style. Adjacent to the church is a beautiful river. We take the opportunity to eat something and drink a good cup of coffee. A few meters from the church of the castle Skarhults, one of the best preserved castles in the red brick of Scania. It was probably built in 1500 by Jens Torbernsen Rosensparre to defend the attacks of potential enemies. Unfortunately, the castle is private and is not open to the public and must settle for a peek outside. Shooting the bikes we head towards the Östra Ringsjon, a spectacular lake and big enough. Through a dirt road we reach the shore of the lake. Good starts is still frozen and there are those who took the opportunity to do Flying Ice, Ice serf practiced with the hulls equipped with skids and a sail from serf, a real spectacle. The place is really lovely and there are also tables and benches to sit down and eat and drink. Then through the enchanted landscapes, we return home. A beautiful day. At the next
