Fuel? That should be the pipes that excess oil from the crank case breather valve drains out of. The valve breathes the oily moisture into the air box and from there it is combusted again through the carbs and into the engine. If too much accumulates, it dams up and drains through the pipe down onto the ground.I think.But fuel? Something is up with that
May be from a busted o ring on carb drainscrew?
