Dankie vir almal se nice wense. Dit word waardeer.
Dit is moeilik om te dink dat 'n jaar verby is. 

Ek het gisteraand saammet Henk se vrou en 'n klomp pelle 'n paar koues gaan vat by SpeakEasy. Net lekker gewees om oor die ou dae te ponder en met memories sy lewe te celebrate.
Jankel, dit was nou sommer lekker gewees om weer met jou te kuier en op te catch. Ons maak gou weer so.

Henk se ouers het my ook gevra om 'n woord van dank en waardering te pos vir al die ondersteuning en wense wat vandie dogs gekom het sedert die ongeluk.

Hulle mis hom so baie en 'n jaar later is die seer van verlies steeds so rou.

"Kan jy vir my iets doen asb, om op bikersforum namens ons fam dankie te se aan al die bikers wat verlede jaar aan ons gedink het dankie te se, hulle is ongelooflike mense...."

Today marks 7years ago that the world got poorer by the tragic loss of Henk.
The memories will always be there, and the regrets for the rides that never happened equally so.

His wife Anje got remarried since and is about to give birth to her firstborn.

You'll always be sorely missed, Cuz.

My thought are with you, DirtRebel.

I lost 2 of my very best friends within a year, and I still often think about them. Antoinette Wolmarans was killed in 1980, in main road, Paarl, in a motorcycle accident.

Wayne Hitge was killed in 1981 in Koen Steytler in CT in a motorcycle accident.

In 2015 Peter Boardman died at Wynberg hill on the M3 in CT in a motorcycle accident.

There were others, but these 3 were my very best friends, and one never ever forgets.

Thanks Welsh. He was as as fond as any of us having a zamalek in a garage filled with bikes.
