Last year we had the Old School Bash, which was a great Success. Other bike specifics have had their get togethers, now lets do the same with the XT's.
DATE : 9, 10 and 11 August 2013
VENUE : Koedoeskloof
COSTS : You must take one of the PACKAGES. There are four options :
1. R310.00 = Camping without optional breakfast Sunday morning
2. R350.00 = Camping with optional breakfast Sunday morning
3. R590.00 = Fixed accommodation without optional breakfast Sunday morning
4. R630.00 = Fixed accommodation with optional breakfast Sunday morning
NOTE :
You must make your booking for FIXED ACCOMMODATION with our hosts. The rate is for two people sharing ONLY. You therefor need to find a buddy to go in with you. We need to book out the fixed accommodation.
Booking for fixed accommodation will be reserved for Attendees until 15 July, there after, if not filled, will be booked out to the general public
Not everyone can be accommodated at Koedoeskloof because of the numbers. Its first come first serve, and the rest stay next door. Just as civilized, and there will be a shuttle.
WHAT YOU GET(or NOT) FOR YOUR SELECTED ENTRY FEE:
- Accommodation
- Friday evening = Velties speciality Camel Up-Chuck surprise
- Saturday morning = Full English Breakfast
- Saturday evening = Braai-pack. You have two choices :
1. Steak, 2 x chops and wors (plus salad and stuff)
2. 2 x Chicken sosaties, 2 x chops and wors (plus salad and stuff)
- (Sunday breakfast)
- Instant Coffee available 24/7
- Cash Bar
- (all other meals are for your own account, payable on order)
- A moerse jol
VERY IMPORTANT :
Veltie needs to know the numbers for catering. You must clearly indicate your selections as I will show hereunder, which must correspond with your entry fee. If you are bring a Non-Dog along, make sure you get his entry details down as well.
Make sure you indicate whether you are having breakfast Sunday morning.
