Any one doing that run in October? Seems like it may be a nice and tough ride with lots of fun to be had?

...said the Super Ten to the 690 Enduro.

Definitely not my speed either, but it looks like an epic ride.

Bensien - Wife came home today with a Samsung 3D LED TV and 3D Blue Ray player with built in wi-fi and 1TB hard drive. What else do I need?
Kaboef - A cheaper wife.

Maybe I can use my daughters PW80? That should make the portages a lot easier :lol8:

Did you see the trekker tube inflator tool, both of which you need to carry to get your bike over the rivers.

There's no way I'll take my bike through a salt water river. I did that with my MTB bike during a 250km adventure race along the Transkei coast and had to replace almost every working component on the bike when I got back to CT. Everything rusts to shite within 2 days if not flushed 100%.

Sounds like fun and hard work..... maybe i should keep my KDX just for this.... cause i think the bikes get trashed!

No more than your weekend riding as I dont think you should enter if you not already riding shit like this! after the adventure, strip bike, clean and grease everything and prep for the Roof! Damn I cant wait!!! :biggrin:
