Please tell me how/where you get the maps that we can show routes on to add it into ride reports. Is it maps that is drawn form GPS software or is it available from the net for download that I can modify.

what i do is to:

1. draw the route on garmap software, e.g. using streetmaps
2. select the "print" option
3. where the option of the printer is given on the popup window, scroll down and select "adobe pdf".
4. once the pdf file is created, open this pdf file.
5. use the "save as" function in adobe to save the file as a jpg.

voila! :D

if you don't have garmap software, send me a pm on the route and i'll email you the jpg.

Just hit printscreen in the application, then open paint and paste.
Edit as you see fit and save as JPG.

1.
In the application (GARMAP) press the CTRL & PRT SC (Print Screen) buttons together.

2.
Open Microsoft Paint (Start, Programs, Accessories, Paint)
Click on the menu "Edit" then "Paste" (or CTRL + V)

3.
Your image should be pasted into the window. Now on the menu click "File" then "Save". And save the file anywhere you like. usually use the JPG/JPEG format as it is smaller for the internet. BMP files are quite large.

If you don't come right, PM me your contact no and I will phone and talk you through it.

Hope that Helps....

It gets saved to the clipboard, and you can paste it into anything you want.
Like what funacide says, mine was the techie version, you can see he is in software sales.
