RD350 Powervalve - was an unreliable pig but I loved it
NSR250 MC18 - race tuned, weighed 115 Kg wet and made over 60hp (IIRC), got a life's supply of adrenaline in a few months from this bike
VFR400R NC30 - heavy, but awesome motor and super reliable
Aprilia RS250 Harada GP replica - first and only dream bike ever owned, little disappointing after the NSR, still regret selling it though
82 XT200 - was commuting on this thing until just two years ago, surprised to find it shitloads of fun as long as I stayed away from the highways
VFR400R NC30
03 640 Adventure - only had it a few days, should be excellent fun. Love the gearbox and motor. The seat was designed by someone with hatred in their heart I reckon.

KX60  Age 9, What a Joll I had on this We used to live in chartwell close to fourways and the entire area was open veld.
MBX50 Age 16, Teenage freedom at R2 500.
RG50  Age 16, Bought it for R100 as a junker and put a 80cc BigBore ;D kit on it, Looked like shit went like hell ,160kph down hill snacks in Krugersdorp with my feet over the rear flickers  :-*
Age 22 Kawa Z1100 Shaft Wonderful bike Paid R2500 for it as the original owner needed to get rid of it as his 16year old son was starting to take too much interest in it. He was only to happy to let me have it for almost nothing. Sold it for R 9000 4 years later.
 9 year gap
Age 35 2008 KLR650 x 2 The wife and I decided we needed a new hobby and both liked the idea of the Dual Sport scene.

1998 Honda XR600R (sold) - Monster learner bike! Bulletproof. Miss the kickstarting...  ;D
2002 KTM 640 Adventure (sold) - Loved/hated it. Torture rack of note  :BangHead:
2004 BMW R1200GS (sold) - Great adventure tourer, but refined up to the point of being boring :rolleyes:
2007 BMW G650 XChallenge (a keeper) - Long live the thumper! Yeah baby!  :headbang:

Should have mentioned that I was just riding the bike to have the pics taken. Didn't ride like that normally. In those days we wore denim jackets and takkies when riding.....
