Lito,

How goes it. Met you through Mad Al at Doodles. I have the silver and black 950 Adv. If you can get the vinyl layout from Krazy in a vector format, I will get it cut and applied for you. I work for a signage company.
When in doubt...grab throttle!!!

No problem as long as it is in Windows format and not Mac. Would prefer Coral draw or PDF though

i am hecticly snowed under(figuratively speaking) this week , but i am on it.

i dont touch macs  :x
my buddy swears by his, he has 3 of those one-mouse-button, over priced, against the grain pieces of sh@#$. funny thing is he paid close to 40 000 for one of em and the thing keeps breaking. it overheats, and crashes, and sommer freaks out for no reason    40G's!?!?
you cant even right-click, noooo, you have to hold down a button on the keyboard with your left hand. so now you're occupying both hands - pretty stupid if you ask me.

no thanx, i paid R6000 for my pc and i can upgrade it when ever i want, not that it needs it, and i do lots of graphics on it.

i used to have corel, but lost it. now i have an ooooold version of freehand, it sucks but it's better than nothing.

CO,

Question for you. Can you get thick signage vinyl (clear) so that I can cover the sides of my bike with it? The black paint is getting killed by my offroading antics....

Let me know pls!!!

KE, thanks boet, I cant wait. The helmet is great, but I reckon it can only get better. Cant wait to ride... but I dont have keys to the KTM now. They are lost.. :(  :(  :(  :(

Lito,

Will investigate the thickest clear vinyl for you. The problem is that if its something we dont use we would need to buy a complete roll which could be as much as R20K. You could try contacting someone like Maizey Plastics or Falcon Marketing. I believe they would sell it by the metre.

The Arai is an awesome lid...very happy with mine

Cant wait to try on the new Arai  8)  8)  8)

I agree with your comments in that the bike is soooooo much smoother than the 950. Its is also a lot more responsive at the bottom to mid ranges. I have found the 950 to have quite a bit more at the top but in saying that I need to ride both bikes on the same day, same conditions etc. Al's motor has alsao only done 3000 odd Kays which may also be a factor. Logic tells me that in theory the 990 should have more at the top than the 950 so we will have to re-look at the situation when Al is mobile again.

I dont agree with your comments of the suspension. I found my and Al's suspension to be feel almost identical. As per your report maybe your suspension needs a service and oil change. Not surprising based on how you ride that Katoom.
