Not quite DS, but still a ride taken on the DS bike to observe.
African Sky invited me to take part on a loan bike, as mine is still in restoration mode, but unfortunately i had other plans for the day. So i took a ride out in the morning to watch the start and get some pics of the action.
Being the same day as the toy run, the roads were nice and quiet and gave the old boys some breathing space on normally dense populated roads in the Magalisberg / Harties area.
The start was at the Lion park and wound through the Cradle area, then on to Harties and a round route back to the Lion Park.
There were some nice bikes taking part:
