@ Steve are you gonna do it.
 ;)

@ BB I'm not sure about MSA but when I mentioned it to a guy at FIM when I was at AMID he said they were aware of it.

hmmm. not much news...I wonder how this plan is going?

It just shows how far Alex has come with Amageza, these things are not easy to organize. :thumleft:

Goerge was on 2wheels or some other show a couple weeks ago promoting it - nothing more than we know was said but if he keeps on punting it, maybe it'll work.

Personally, I think the Amageza should just keep on doing as it is, and let it morph naturally into a bigger and better event. Not a race but closest to a given time is the winner, perhaps.

As a comparison, when you look at Glen and his 'Family Adventure' rides, where he caters for all bikes and quads at all speeds - he gets more paying riders than most enduros or off-road races (or so I'm told).
Don't let fear hold you back ..... take it with you!

Nice pics Pleco! Must have been awesome being out there with them. I dont know Andre, but Darryl is great bloke, and quite funny too.

Anyway George has got some competition in the Amageza alright!  :deal:

Pics Courtesy of the wife. Rubicon on Wds.

Here is Riaan's Bio. http://www.darrylcurtis.co.za/riaan-van-niekerk-bio/index.html

He was 13th in this year's Dakar. Also a down to earth guy, with a good sense of humour. I cannot repeat here what he commented on Alex's roadbook. Was vrek funny, but at Rambo's expense unfortunately. He took it well at least.  :imaposer: :imaposer:

George, I take it is Mr Booker. I have had some interesting chats to some people that know the guy.  :peepwall:
