I had a little workout on Saturday morning and recorded it on my Garmin Edge 800. I first filmed a few shots with a go-pro Hero3 and decided to head home after an hour. On my way back home, I passed two other WD members and decided to turn back and go have some more fun.

Play around with the metrics in the dropdown on the right, set it on Heart Rate. You will see I had a 20 minute rest from 1'33 to 1'55 and then the sh!t started! If you click play and zoom in on the map you will get the idea
