F800GS Adventure in Offroad & Adventure SA

The July issue of Offroad & Adventure SA is on shelves this week, and features a scoop road test of the new BMW F800GS Adventure, a bunch of Italians that convert Moto Guzzis into motards, the Mozambique Sandstorm Adventure, the 102kg Sherco 300cc 4-stroke enduro racer, Nick Yell does a solo tour of the snowy Karoo, the Muiskraal round of GOC, the 2014 Yamaha 'crossers, a BMW R1200GS LC HP (R134k accessories), Lowveld Dual Bike Adventure, exploring the Midlands Meandor, Trade News, Letters, Smalls, Roger Harvey cartoon, State of the Nation and Hollywood Writes.

Looks like the road to Paindane beach just outside Inhambine. Next to Guinjata Bay.

Think weight plays a big part for new buyers when it comes to 1200Adv vs 800Adv
Currently owns: BMW R1200R & Honda CX500

having moved from riding a 1200 ADV to the 800 i will never buy a heavy bike again.  Weight is everything - having fun of my life on the 800.

ESA R 3 250.00
Dynamic Pack ( Heated Grips, On Board Computer, Main

Total Full Spec Bike (Retail Including Vat) R 139 100.00

Jip, but don't be too excited, the first one had Marzocchi's and that was not very convincing :patch: :deal:
