I have been here a few times but never seen it that beautiful
My wife on the river which goes through the campsite
On our way to the Isle of Skye.We took the little ferry near Glenelg which brings you to the rollercoaster
Start of the "Rollercoaster"
Wet Skye
Skye ride about
We where lucky that we had the use of a cabin for cooking(and drinking :)
Supply table
Cooking corner
we tried cooking outdoors but where eaten alive by the midges
Leaving Skye the world was good again
Had to do a Photo stop here
Ullapool Campsite was a bit windy but the views are stunning.Situated on a loch you can watch the ferry come in twice a day
next day was one of my best riding days ever
Ullapool-Lochinver-Kylesku-Ullapool
my favorite shot of the trip
i promise this is Scotland
back in camp.I love cooking for my mates. I used to be a chef(Carlton and Joburg Sun,when it was still a 5star)
Leaving the pub at 00:30,still a bit of light
My mate found his new tent
Scotland says good bye
On the way home we stayed again at Takoda camping in Yorkshire. My mate from Holland took the Ferry from Newcastle so we spend a extra day with him to show him a bit of Yorkshire and the Lake disrtict
You can walk into this cave<walk through the under ground river to the back where there is a waterfall.Real cool 8)
