Hi chaps, I need some advise from those of you in the know.....
I am having to do my 20006 GS's annual service, annual cos I just dont ride it enough (yes i know it's a sin, done about 3500km :-\). I run the bike every week just to have all the lubricants circulate where they should, but accept some parts will deteriorate because of age. I had a look at the post by Michnus on servicing and got a quote from the dealer yesterday.
They quoted the following:
Oil and oil filter replacement
Air filter replacement
Brake fluid replacement
Diff and gearbox oil replacement
Ribbed V belt (altenator belt) replacement
Valve clearance check and spark plug replacement was not included, is this perhaps needed? What else should I have looked at?
