I am in the proses of setting the valves on me KX250. So just to play it save I want to ask if the experts will check me calculations please.  ;D

Left intake gap is 0.06mm, shim is 3.00mm. Gap needs to be 0.10mm to 0.15mm. I need 2.90mm or 2.92mm shim.

Right intake gap is 0.05mm, shim is 3.00mm Gap needs to be 0.10mm to 0.15mm. I need 2.90mm shim

Left exhaust gap is 0.10mm shim is 3.05mm. Gap needs to be 0.17mm to 0.22mm. I need 2.95mm shim.

Right exhaust gap is 0.15mm, shim is 3.05mm. Gap needs to be 0.17mm to 0.22mm. I can use the 3.00mm shim from intake side.

I know you don't get all the mm shim sizes but I will take the closest to what is needed.

I will go closer to the bigger size as the valves will mostly get tighter again over time.

Thanks guys.  :thumleft:
