I see this happening too often! The majority of times it is scooter riders, dont know if they have to prove their small bikes can overtake a bigger bike or what.
i try to avoid getting speeding fines and then this little cnut comes barreling past me in the same lane! this is a seriously stupid thing to do!
Yes i can go fast if i want but dont always feel like it!
