Hey Offshore, in the Elandsriver valley, just in front of the gootrivier poort, used to be the bread basket for the ships when we still had rain in the 1800,   and thank you squire

Ek het onlangs die kamera geskuif om te fokus op 'n nuwe gat wat op die plaas gegrawe is. Dit was 'n vrugtevolle paar weke: Koedoes, luiperd, bruin hiŽna, aardvark (dink ek), jakkalse

I also enjoyed the pose! Turns out they love the leaves from the tree the camera was fixed to. I have a couple of pics where their necks are right up against the camera!  ;D

These were taken near Rankin's Pass (between Thabazimbi, Vaalwater, Nylstroom)...Unfortunately I don't live there - I'm currently up in Ellisras.

Ek glo dit was 'n aardvark wat die gat gegrou het - maar ek is nie seker nie. Dis die eerste keer dat ek op so 'n vars gat afgekom het, so ek wou ondersoek instel.
