Im sure if you own a KTM 1190 adventure you have heard about the concerns around the air filter in dusty conditions , I contacted Alfie Cox Racing about this problem as my 1190 R does a lot of off road work and was concerned about the dust entry as I purchased my 1190 from Alfie , Hazel informed me that they were taking it upon themselves to replace the original air filter with a D&A filter but they were waiting for stock , 3 days later Hazel called me and said the filters had arrived and that I can bring my bike in to have it replaced FREE of charge …NOW that is what I call customer service ….. thanks very much to Alfie , Hazel and Robby the technician who fitted the new filter, it is always a pleasure to let Robby work on my bike as he takes great pride in his work … THANKS again ACR
