An interresting observation:
According to my GS Adv licence disc the "Tare" weight is 256 Kg and the "GVM" weight is 331 Kg.
That leaves me with 75 Kg for payload.
GVM = Gross Vehicle Mass = Payload = the sum of rider, pillion and loaded topbox plus panniers.
If this is correct, I really need to loose weight! I weigh 115kg (Ek is nie vet nie!! ;D) and seems to be overloaded without even any clothes on
Please check your licence disc, maybe its just mine :S
Lets find out who has the biggest allowance for their payload on a particular bike...........
