Ek weet presies wat daar gebeur het..
Wil mos staan en ry. Toe meerkat jy in die muur vas.

Dit was roekeloos en onverantwoordelik.  Wat leer ek daaruit??  Ek post norrefok een van my teer trippies nie. Hie overtake niemand ooit op 'n solid lyn met 'n bike nie.  :pot:

Verstaan nie eintlik hoe jy die draai so sleg ge-judge het nie. Jy het dan nou net van anderkant deurgekom.
Adrenalien moes lekker gepomp het ook en dan kan mens jouself moeilik in toom hou.
Nee wat jy kan daai 1150 lekker rondgooi moet nie dat daai ou fokoppie jou afsit nie :ricky:

Ja Williee, thats how I used to ride Chapmans peak on my R80 getuned special in about 1995 but just a bit faster in the corners. Same thing untill I klapped the Mercedez Benz doing the stupid turn in front of me number when I was commited to the corner at warp speed. We gotta compare scars at the national bash. Bly jy kon daarvan net so wegloop.
In my case it was straight into City Park hospital where the sexy pethydene injecting nurses became my best friends. 2 weeks Hospitaal and I went from 85kg to 71kg.
Was I faarking glad to get out of that place. You were lucky boet.

Daai spesifieke draai is wat die meeste ouens uitvang juis in die rigting wat jy gery het. Die links draai het verkeerde camber en maak ook skielik toe. Enigste manier op hoe spoed is oor na die regter baan in aankomende verkeer so na as moontlik teen die berg. Dit is die draai waar die meeste ouens ernstige ongelukke maak op die pas. Die muur aan die linkerkant laat ook nie toe om te leun in die draai nie. Jou "expiry" datum was duidelik nie 5 jaar terug nie.

Ek get al amper self in daai muur vasgery maar kon die bike op die sement gedeelte om die draai kry - as daar n voertuig van vooraf gekom het was ek in die moeilikheid.

Ek kon nog nooit verstaan hoekom iemand n moontlike val sal verruil vir n seker val deur die bike op te tel en in die muur vas te donner nie.
Dieselfde gebeur op grondpaaie, mense ry reguit om draaie want hulle dink hulle gaan dalk val.
Die pro's (MotoGP ens) doen dit ook.
n Mense se oorlewingsdrang - al is dit net vir n ekstra paar sekondes - lyk my is sterker as jou common sense.
