XRs on the trails
« on: September 09, 2013, 10:58:30 am »
Hopefully will have many more reports and pics in the near future.  Really keen to focus on this type of riding

Together these 3 bikes are about 66 years old

First there were 2... one 31 years old, the other 26 years old.

Then the younger one joined

Then a very tall dog abused the smaller of the 3 bikes ....

Thats all for now, more coming soon

More worried about the fat one killing the 250!
Don't dress for the ride, dress for the fall!

Eish..the RE to this day, is a good looking bike.

Back when they were still called scramblers, it was the best looking one.

There is a guy by the name of Roger Barnes(think it is correct) that have done 26
or so Bike SA Desert Runs on the same XR500.
Everytime the motor goes he just rebuilds it and go again.
Have no idea if he still rides it or what he rides.
