Mitas E07 front Mitas E10 rear

Guys on a F800GS Springs and everything is done on bike. What do you think of that combination on tar and dirt. Because of the combination I would not ride hard on Tar cause rear can step out but understand that nose will stick more. But on dirt the rear will start to push the front and you can have a nose wipe. The question is do you guys think this combination will work on tar because you can feel if rear step out the just gently close throttle and dirt is were the prob lies what do you guys think.
