XR BOF's please help.

What would be a fare price to pay for a 1994 XR600R with a genuine 3800 km on the clock ? Besides the stained tank and perished fork boots, the bike is in very very good condition! Been standing in the guys garage under a blanket for a very long time, but true to XR tradition started first kick.
