please can someone assist me here - I got 1500 speeding fine the other day, I have been so the moer-in about it that I have not even bothered to read it!
It was a speed trap so the fine was issued to me directly.
My wife took a look at it today and that have completely miss spelt my name...What dose the law say about this - should I pay
