Anybody know The Galg Road between McGregor and Greyton.....ridable? It might also be Boesmanskloof im thinking of. . .
Or any other cool rides in the area to make a worthwhile trip.
Thanks.

Its a hiking trail, I tried from the mcgregor side with the 950, came to a point where the road is washed away, so I turned around.

Not saying its a no no, but I gave up, just too risky.

Many years ago they attempted building a road, starting from the McGregor side, but lost interest pretty quickly. The rest is a very nice hiking trail.

If you are very lucky the gate is sometimes open next to the guest house on top of the pass, you can then ride up to the Telkom towers and see greyton and mcregor on both sides.
