WOA Tygervalley did it again.

We bought a tourmaster jacket at WOA Tygervalley last week Monday, 2 days later one of the velcro strips on the sleeve came undone (obviously a factory dud).  I took it back to them on last Wednesday morning and Hando told me no worries and they will replace the jacket for me, the only snag was that they have to get one from the supplier in JHB and asked whether I would be willing to wait for seven days, and I could use the defect jacket in the mean time.  I said I would wait and opted to leave the defect jacket with him.

Last Friday I got a call from WOA to inform me that the replacement jacket had arrived, and I collected on Saturday.

I would just like to say thank you to Hando, for giving such great service, not only this time, but every time we have bought something from them. WOA Tygervalley will be first on our list, whenever me or swambo requires any gear.
