That MB-8 was good for around 80km/h and 0-60 in under 9sec

I had one.  MB5. BOBCAT..
I got it from a mate that won it on a radio 5 competition in 1979. I remember doing around 80-90kmh (tailwind) on the flat and a max of 105km/h @10500 RPM (redline) down hill.

Nice to see a few unmolested examples still floating around.  Very good memories.  It was like a space ship compared to my Honda SS 50.

That MB8 must be very rare.

I agree, but I would say even further back to the late 60's and 70's too.  Just like music.

I am not blaming modern bikes or music, not their fault the old toppies took all the best style and tunes. :ricky:
