Sondag is mos n rusdag .  ;D

Ek hoor Meimaand is die volgende spitbraai .

Excellent weekend. :ricky:  Had a lekker ride up , got valet parking from N[]vA , he also pitched my tent ( shot Jan  :thumleft: ) , caught  up with old friends and met new ones, lekker banter with the guys, enjoyed having my ear bent by skorsie ( Mapsource) ,  found out Fenderbender is a break -dance champ  :imaposer:, laughed and happy times.

Thanks to Chantal and Gerrit for your hospitality and organisation  :thumleft:  Despite there being so many people , it did not feel crowded at all , and there was almost no wait for food , drinks and bathrooms . The camping and kuier spaces were ample. All round sterling weekend . :thumleft:

Another true to tradition awesome event.. Make you realize why we are riders in the group we are. Hospitality, teamwork and a mutual love the outdoors and riding.

Thanks to Gerrit and Chantal once again for their hospitality and their hard work, to make an event like this the success it turned out to be. Oasis has improved in leaps and bounds since the first time I was introduced to the place. Well done guys...

My weekend was special in that it was the first ride that Di (SWAMBO) had done with me, where we would spend a night out camping. Well done Di, for being such a good passenger and putting up with my subjecting you to me having a bit of fun here and there along the way.

Awesome weekend, great people, great venue and really nice weather. Food, dop and hospitality was great.. Thanks to all who made it that way..

Thanks for the pics Oupa Heddles and it was good to see you again, and to meet your misses too .  :thumleft:

And as you say the Oases just keeps on improving , the first time I went there it was no more than a shack. Good thing a guy on a bike had a flatty just outside Gerrit's farm and it all started from there , just helping a few bikers and then giving them sarmies and adding more every year. It is so rewarding to be told that he is planning a lil wall here and there and next time to see it there , its awesome how much Chantal and Gerrit have put into the Cederberg Oases to make it the lovely and exceptional place of beauty it is today . :thumleft:

And so nice to wake up in nature like that . I did not see any lambs frolicking around this time ( I wonder why  :pot: ), but I did wake up to the lovely sounds of a goose.  >:D

I'm on my way home this afternoon and pass this oke on his loaded bike sitting next to the road. He's clearly lost. I pull over and offer to assist. He gives me the address of Roger, our bike electonics man here in PE. He's way lost and I take him to Roger.

There we introduce ourselves and its Mark, aka Radioman.   Unfortunately we did not have time to chat, but the one thing he managed to tell me was the great time he had with the Dogs at Oasis  :thumleft:
