Three of us decided to do the Beaver Rally this year, but instead of rushing to Montagu, we decided to leave a day early and do a round trip. We left on Thursday 7th and rode through Greyton to Barrydale. First cold beers of the day at Ronnies and then spent the night at Warmwaterberg. Next morning we were at the Sanbona gates at about 10, waited for about 20 minutes for a ranger and he escorted us through the park. Down Ouberg pass into Montagu and to Doringlaagte - the site where the Beaver Rally was being held. WHAT A LEKKER RIDE! Thanks Kevin and Michael.
