I am getting old...............

I am looking at these sidecar rigs with such longing  ;)

What sort of sidecar would fit onto a R80GS BMW or a R80RT?

So I picked these up from Humfree during my last visit home, only had time for short one day ride before coming back to Middle East but I see a long trip for myself and Silvia to Namibia when I return end July/August. Lots of prep work to be done and some modifications first.

Now that looks like adventure. So do you each ride your own ?

Humfree, is that the same sidecar frame that's on your 1200, because it looks lighter ?

…, I wish I could own them all, and until I can afford to own them all at once, I will own them one at a time...

yes, the black one is mine. It was the easiest way to get Silvia to ride dirt again, so far she is very comfortable with it. and its a hell of a lot of fun.

Frame and bin is a lot lighter than fitted to the BMW

Jy sal dit nou nie glo nie, maar hierdie spesifieke rig word die "Jupiter" genoem! Het letterlik jou "naam" op! Google net sidecar, om by hul site uit te kom!

Now you got my attention! This will give me more than enough reason in future to buy a KLR again....or maybe I can even fit one of these to my TA650!

I got to see this for myself when you back home again!
