Missing your fuel tank?

[Mods, feel free to move this where you feel it's more appropriate. I elected to place it here as I believe more people will see this post]

If you have lost a plastic fuel tank somewhere near Langebaan ... (presumable went flying from bike on trailer, but how the hell does that come adrift?).
If you can describe it in relative detail it's yours (I'll need a little more info than "It's made of plastic. I lost it near Langebaan.").

I once saw a seat on the N1 going over Tygerberg Hill.

Thought: "How for heavens sake can this happen ??? "

I did NOT think: "must have come off a BMW" :lol8:

Bit later I saw the bakkie with trailer and two quads on Durban road - one quad missing the seat ::)

That must've been one moer of a wind...  :imaposer:
You know you've landed with the wheels up when it takes full power to taxi to the ramp.
