..I shall follow...being a sheeple with no spine precludes me from leading this worthwhile cause

humble too!!!!
i am now  more convinced than ever that you need to lead the revolution.
ICM, i am proud to stand behind you.
wrt your purchasing of an e-tag,
i now understand,  and your wisdom is genius,
you have to truly understand the beast to destroy it...
can we have some funky berets, or something to show we're the revolution - distinguish us from the "collaborators" type of thing?
fantastic! our guest of honour is ICM. see you fellas sat. dont let us down ICM.

i have a bit of work i need to do on saturday am,  but will pass by to drink coffee and diss sanral with you fellows at the petrol station.
more importantly,  we need to discuss the way forward with comrade leader ICM.
as the comrade leader said,  we need to get rid of the gantries.
i suggest we make the angle grinder our revolution's symbol.
anyone second the suggestion?
maybe scarlet berets,  with a fist clenching an angle grinder?

Tommy,  you're too kind.
i'm not a leader,  just a good follower,  with an eye on fashion and style.
and,  i think the comrade leader's idea was to burn the gantries,
in which case the fist and grinder cannot be our symbol.
maybe a burgundy beret to offset the white gantriy amid yellow flames?

as we're meeting at 09h00,  maybe beer instead of coffee?
there's much more chance of me burning gantries down after a few beers,  rather than coffee.

8 is early,  but i will make a turn with beer.
the important thing to remember when drinking is:  you cannot possibly drink all day,  unless you start 1st thing in the morning.
and another nice thing about drinking in the morning,  is that your beer generally stays cooler for longer.

i see there is a change for the start of the venue to accommodate more people...

https://www.facebook.com/TollCrusher?hc_location=timeline

As a result we have had to organise a much larger starting point, one capable of holding over 5,000 vehicles. We will no longer be meeting at the BP Oasis on Beyers Naude, our change is for us to meet between 7:30am and 09:00am at the Portuguese hall (Crusaders Club House), cnr. Wemmer Pan Road and Victoria road, Johannesburg South. GPS S26 14 28.3 E028 03 71.1

tell us,  what is the nature of the protest?
is it simply a group ride,  or are you guys going to be occupying all lanes on the highway,  going slowly,  and jamming up all the traffic behind the procession???
if the latter,  since the former is pointless,  why not have a staggered start,  or a simultaneous start from multiple points on the N1/N3?
imagine,  multiple rolling roadblocks...

dude these BAT people are bats...
remember to ride in an orderly fashion,  with your SABS approved numberplate firmly attached to your bike.
this way,  as you go down the highway,  SANRAL will be able to take the necessary photos for billing.
also NB not to block too many lanes - don't inconvenience any other motorists with your protest...

fuckit,  are you BAT people SANRAL agents?
why are you trying to get people to ride down the highway?
SANRAL are going to love this protest,  more people to bill on what is usually a quiet day for them.
think of all the extra billing they can do by you guys making the meeting point at some ridiculously far flung venue,  where everyone will have to highway there.
SANRAL staff will probably line the highway,  and wave e-toll flags in support of your 'protest' as you pass by...

Valid point, why display number plates?
