just wondered. had a chat with some bikers from gauteng and they say some authorities dont mind the orange and some other says its illegal. i have been stopped by traffic officers in free state and in eastern cape and no one complained about the orange headlight protector.
pesonally i think it is much more visible on safety aspect. if motorbikes approach from behind or front u always see the orange lights first. yesterday on our ride one bike had a orange protector on and the other one not.the orange one definately more visible in the dust as well
