Happy New year boys,
A mate of mine who's over here from the UK said the "world" is watch this whole saga unfold, apparently, the reason for e-Tol's has sweet F*&K-all to do with existing, or NEW roadworks, but it's actually to repay our "loans" we got for building our World Cup Stadiums, and because we're not paying the loans back, (to whoever we got the dosh from), so the money from e-tolls going off-shore is to recoup these loans.
As I said, it's from a mate who came over from the UK, and that's the apparent story behind e-tolls.. :sip:
