Well done Buff, looks like the hard work is paying off.....

Was all your cramping etc not also to do with the fact that as you said a death grip at times and also working a lot harder due to trying so hard to make up positions etc????

I think you might be spot on Iron Shark, the first few races on a new bike are generally hit and miss affairs was well until you get the suspension dialed in properly as well  :thumleft:

I've also decided to buy myself proper endurance fuel to race with instead of the normal Energade or Powerade that I use. I'm giving the GU range a go, they replace lost salts as well, very much like Rehydrate.

We'll soon see if it makes a difference  :thumleft:
