You'll find tyres with some effort. I do think there are better buys on thehub... look around..

Is that an electrical assisted bike?
Can you give some feedback on using it for commuting or trail riding?

Doesn't look electrically assisted to me. The 1x12 cassette wouldn't need that range if one had "assistance" and certainly wouldn't require that much water  ;) ;) ;) Looks pretty awesome though. I do stand to be corrected though..

Electric pedal assist yes, you always have to pedal, but depending on what power mode you're in it multiplies the amount you put in. It's the most fun thing I've ridden and feels like having an enduro bike on the MTB trails.

All the info you need here:

I am looking at getting a new Hardtail, so I have been looking at the following options....... What do you say?

I have a budget of up to R25,000, and I am sure I can get a pretty decent Hardtail for that.
The bike must have a 26/36T and 11/42T combo.

I have a 2016  Merida Big Nine XT edition and I'm very happy with it.

A buddy of mine (@Shaunhsta) is selling his due to back issues if you might be interested. We bought our bikes on the same day.
