Had a hip replacement in October. Was told "3 months to full fitness and use". Walked a lot during November and December and started bicycling this month (bit uncomfortable but OK). Got on my trusty Honda yesterday and very uncomfortable, especially places where the road was a bit rough. Question - how bloody long does it take for the hip to be fully functional?
