Hi all.

I'm new here and have been enjoying reading the ride reports, etc.

Quick question - where can one buy a Dakar sticker like this?

anyways -I've seen them at KTM, cape Town. Not sure where you based but i assume other KTM outlets will have them too. Sold between R25 - R40.

Pretty cool stuff they had!!

Take pic,
photoshop silly "TM" out.
Go to Anton Borruso.
Get vinyl cut sticker on transfer foil made in size of choice and colour of choice including fancy retroreflective 3M material (even black retroreflective, believe it or not!)

No one will give a damn if you make your own stiucker as long as you don'*t do it for commercial purpose.

Vinyl cut is thousand times better than printed as you can make it any size incl. really big and it goes nicely over rounded parts, fairinfg splits...
Also does not fade like cheapo print.

Our group currently use a version of the DAKAR Logo...well we actually we call ourselves RAKAD

Here are some pics of the Shirts ,Badges and stickers we have had made.

ROUTE DIFFICULTY:1 = tar
2 = good gravel /pillion friendly
3 = interspersed with sand, mud, sand , bush / not pillion friendly
4 = lots of sand, technical riding
5 = expert only (we are not worthy, still to meet one)
