Assume the longer rides come later  >:D >:D
ROUTE DIFFICULTY:1 = tar
2 = good gravel /pillion friendly
3 = interspersed with sand, mud, sand , bush / not pillion friendly
4 = lots of sand, technical riding
5 = expert only (we are not worthy, still to meet one)

Ok ok !  I will help the guy.  Here is his report in Forum style then.

Report as by Iron Shark
So a week or two ago now I had to take my DL1000 in for a wee check-up at Automotorcycles in Port Elizabeth, with a very heavy heart I walked in and drop off my keys thinking what a waste of a day, no bike to ride and the weather being so great, how sad. To my utter surprise Gerald agreed to loan me a bike while the guys in the workshop sorted mine.

How cool was this, I was at a loss for words, after a brief run down on the bike, I was on my way, first stop more petrol (I wanted to do a bit of kilos since I was off for the day.)

Oh ye the loan bike in a Suzuki SV650S, a real stunner. So off I went to my mate in Beach View‚?¶ (Just out of PE) Ok I won‚??t bore you with all the detail, lets just say we spent the day ridding, stopping talking about the bike, swapping bikes and ridding some more, and some more and then a bit more‚?¶ The tighter the bends the better she handled!!!

It was with a touch of sadness that I eventually had to take the SV650S back BUT the joy of getting my Vstrom back was fantastic. Thanks to Gerald for the Bike and a great day.
