Nee bietjie verveeld vandag so ek speel maar net rond. Hierdie deel van die terme was nogals confusing. Beteken dit as mens NIE die terme aanvaar nie dat jy NIE tolgeld hoef te betaal nie?   ;D

dis heeltemal reg! ek verstaan dit ook dat as ek nie met hulle kommunikeer, skuld ek hulle niks - tans skuld ek al 'n hele klompie niks
