I’m in the process of planning a nice long trip.
At the moment I’m just trying to decide when to start the journey.
So say you were to do a 4 - 5 Month long Cape to Cairo trip (and exploring some side roads in between).
What do you guys think the best time of year will be to start the trip so that you catch the best possible weather along the way?
Because 4 – 5 months is a long time, enough for seasons to chance quite a bit.
Unfortunately I’m not sure of the route yet. I realize that might be an important piece of the puzzle but I’m pretty sure it will be along the east side of Africa.
Any suggestions??
