Looks very mean Bryan I think with a few mods it might even go offroad.
I'm not worried I have BMW on call?

I really battle to understand that this bike weighs 183 kg and the 1190 223kg - surely a tougher frame and the upgraded suspension does not weigh 40kg?  Imagine a 190kg 1190 :thumleft:

What is the hype around this bike?

Is it it's looks? Is it it's performance?

Considering that this sort of performance have been around in the Jap bike market for sooooo long, it cannot be performance?

Is it the less informed D/S biker learning of high performance bikes in a round about way?

Maybe unfair to compare but I think your money would better spent on the BMW HP4

My take anyhow

I understand the HP stats, Justin, but how does that relate into realtime performance? 0-200 is so GS-ish, you'll have to fit a fairing for above 250, then the looks are also gone.
So waffle on about performance, it only works if it is done right.
This is the factory version of a backyard Hayabusa streetfighter.
Obviously a lot of guys on here who does not know what works. :eek7:

And it really is ugly, with those plastic skaaptjops hanging on the sides.
